话题背景：
OW2国际软件联盟组建于2007年一月，它由著名开源软件联盟ObjectWeb 和Orientware(四方国件) 合并而成的非赢利性国际联盟，主要致力于为推动开源软件中间件、企业应用集成(EAI)、电子商务、集群、网格计算等技术发展。OW2由INRIA, Groupe Bull, 和France Télécom共同发起，并专注于对用于分布式应用的高质量开源组件的开发，从而增强各种异构系统的互联性。在此宗旨下，OW2开发的软件都遵守JCP，OMG，OSGI等无依赖性的开放标准，并开放源代码和允许开源授权，以保证最好地遵守这些标准。
